Bootcamps are intensive five-week workouts that focus on toning your muscles and burning calories. Throughout the year, wellness programs sponsors a number of bootcamp sessions to give you a jump-start on getting fit and staying healthy.
Full-time faculty and staff may use their non-credit course fee waiver for bootcamps. Campus Recreation does not give refunds after the registration deadline has passed.
Back to School Bootcamp
Back to School Bootcamp is a great way to boost up your exercise regimen and stay healthy during the school year. It blends cardio challenges that increase your heart rate and burn calories with toning and strength building exercises. Instructors will keep you motivated and help push you toward your goal of improvement.
- Day and Time: Mondays-Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. or 8-9 p.m. (refer to the BearFit schedule for specific times)
- Fee: $20 per person per semester
- Location: FRC, Studio B
- Monday Session A: Sept. 10-Oct. 8; Register by Sept. 7
- Tuesday Session B: Sept. 11-Oct. 9; Register by Sept. 7
- Wednesday Session C or D: Sept. 12-Oct. 10; Register by Sept. 7
Pre-Holiday Bootcamp
