BearFit Water Fitness Classes

Both morning and evening water fitness classes are offered in the Aquatic Center. These fun, fast-paced classes are designed to increase flexibility and strength, focusing on aerobics and water walking.

Hydro Power

Get in shape with water aerobics. Take part in a heart pumping cardio workout while also using the water's resistance to sculpt your body. This low-impact class is great for beginners or those with an injury.

Beach Fit

Get the best of both worlds. Land and water exercise are both incorporated into this challenging workout. This class will include resistance training, cardio, and strength by using the pool and fitness center.
