BearFit Water Fitness Classes
Water fitness classes are offered Monday - Thursday afternoons/evenings in the Aquatic Center. These fun, fast-paced classes are designed to increase flexibility and strength, focusing on cardiovascular fitness and water resistance exercises.
Get in shape with water aerobics. Take part in a heart pumping cardio workout while also using the water's resistance to sculpt your body. This low-impact class is great for beginners or those with an injury.
Get the best of land and aqua fitness! On shore, test your limits with resistance training, cardio and strength, then dive in for fun exercises in the pool! With swimsuit season around the corner, you can be Beach Fit!
