Tai Chi is a holistic art intended to improve balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, and to provide tranquility of heart and mind. It places emphasis on relaxing the body and focusing the mind by praciticing body mechanics for accuracy and precision of movement. Please dress comfortably and bring water for hydration.
Full time staff and faculty may use their non-credit course fee waiver.
