The Kung Fu Fitness class offers instruction in some of the traditional exercise methods used by Kung Fu practitioners for over 1500 years. This beginner level class introduces the core exercises for strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, coordination and power. Breathing exercises allow for greater mental endurance and focus, while stance training builds strength. Kicks will enhance one’s balance, flexibility, and abdominal muscles. Together, all of these exercises develop inner focus, physical explosiveness, and harmony of mind and body.
If you are full time staff or faculty, then you may use you non-credit course fee waiver.
