If you are looking for a full-body workout integrating slow-and-fast-paced rhythm intervals with hip-twisting, fat-burning moves, Zumba is a full-body workout that leaves you craving more! Zumba provides long term benefits, while you get to experience an absolute blast in an hour of calorie-burning, heart-racing, and muscle-pumping fun. The routines feature interval training sessions, incorporated with a Latin zest to tone and sculpt your body.
Krystal is a certified Zumba instructor, and she has taught Zumba over the past year.
If you are full time staff or faculty, then you may use your non-credit course fee waiver.
