Pilates is a mind-body approach to exercise that focuses on strengthening the core.  This includes the abdonminals and the lower back muscles.  This low impact method is appropriate for anyone. 

If you are full time staff or faculty, then you may use you non-credit course fee waiver.

 

Location:         Plaster Sports Complex, 1st Floor

Time:                4:00 - 5:00pm

Fee:                   Mondays only: $30

                          Wednesdays only: $30

                          Mondays and Wednesdays: $55
