If you wish to play an intramural sport, but do not have a team, you may sign-up as a Free Agent.
How to register as a free agent
- Create a profile on IM Leagues
- Click on the Missouri State University bar
- Scroll down the page to the sport that you want to play
- Click on the men/women/coed league
- At the top of the league page will be the option to register as a free agent
Ways to join a team
- Combine with other free agents to create a team
- Get picked up by a team captain anytime during the season*
- Go to the respective field of play and ask teams if they need any players
Signing up as a free agent does not guarantee that you will be put on a team, but it is the best option for finding a team if you do not have one. The Free Agent registration process helps to get your information out to the participating teams and to introduce you to other free agents who want to play the same sport.
*Once you join a team you are a member for the rest of the season; you can only play on one men/women's team and one coed team per sport.

Once you've signed up, your information will be added to the Free Agent database for the respective sport. Captains can contact Free Agents to join their team; Free Agents can contact captains to join their team; or prior to the registration deadline, Free Agents can contact each other to form a team.
