It is recommended that you have either participated in OA trips or have completed Rec 211 with a letter of recommendation from the professor before applying.
Step 1: Stop by the office (PSU 135) and fill out an application and go through the interview process
Step 2: Training period. You will work as an assistant trip guide and assist other trip guides in planning and executing trips. During this period you will receive in service training and your skills will be evaluated.
Step 3: Upon completion of your training period and once you have met all the requirements, you will be promoted to Trip Guide.
