Each Trip Guide is expected to do their best to ensure that all participants have a safe and enjoyable trip. each trip is planned under the direction of the coordinator and senior trip guide. Prior to guiding trips, all guides will go through in house training, including Wilderness First Aid, Risk Management, Emergency Action Plan, Trip Planning, and other skills. On trips and during workshops, all guides should expect to deal with group dynamics, assist participants, answer questions, and lots more.
