Yang style, short form.  Derived from Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi is used to improve concentration, balance, flexibility, and awareness.  All levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. 

 

This course qualifies for the faculty/staff non-credit course fee waiver.
