Hatha style yoga. Physical and breathing exercises teach you how to relax and strengthen the body, as well as enhance body alignment/posture, flexibility, and circulation. Class intended for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket to class.
Full time staff and faculty may use their non-credit course fee waiver.

Time: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30pm; Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm
