Yoga

Hatha style yoga.  Physical and breathing exercises teach you how to relax and strengthen the body, as well as enhance body alignment/posture, flexibility, and circulation.  Class intended for all levels.  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket to class.

Full time staff and faculty may use their non-credit course fee waiver.

Location:  PSU 312AB (exceptions to location are 2/22 PSU 314BC; 2/23 PSU 314AB; 3/8 314AB)

Time:  Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30pm; Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm

Fee:  $35/person per session
