Hatha style yoga. Physical and breathing exercises teach you how to relax and strengthen the body, and enhance body alignment/posture, flexibility, and circulation. Both beginning and intermediate levels are offered each semester. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket to class.
If you are full time staff or faculty, then you may use you non-credit course fee waiver.
