Personal Training Session Information:
Sessions are one hour long for a regular personal training session. Express training is a 30 minute option.
Sessions that start late will ed at the original start time. If the individual arrives 15 minutes or more late, the session will be considered a no show and will be forfeited.
Client must provide 24-hour notice for any cancellations, otherwise the session will be forfeited.
All personal training sessions must be paid in full prior to training. Sessions must be scheduled 3 days in advance.
Tennis shoes and athletic attire (gym shorts or sweatpants and athletic t-shirt) must be worn at each session and the assessment.
Preparing for Your Sessions
An assessment must be completed prior to scheduling a training session. It is recommended to maintain proper hydration before, during, and after each session. It is also recommended that a small meal be consumed 60 minutes before each session to ensure adequate energy.
It is the trainer's right to discontinue the session if he or she feels that it is of the best interest to both individuals. It is your right to discontinue exercise if you feel uncomfortable.
Non-MSU/Campus Rec Personal Trainers
Any person who is not employed as a Campus Recreation personal trainer and is proven to be personal training on the premisis will be subject to membership suspension and possible expulsion.
