Fit and Well Living Learning Community
The Fit and Well LLC is associated with HPER, Taylor Health & Wellness Center, ResLife, and Campus Recreation, which offers a wide variety of intramural sports, fitness, and wellness classes. These activities are a great way to boost health and relieve stress while enjoying fun interaction with students outside of class.
Fit and Well
- Ideal living community for students interested in sports, health, wellness, and fitness opportunities
- Students will:
- Interact with faculty and staff outside the classroom through programming, informal advising, and mentoring
- Have the opportunity to participate in tailored programming focusing on fitness, wellness, and overall health
- The floors will be in Freudenberger
Why Choose a LLC?
- LLC floors offer additional social and educational activities and specific programming related to academics, personal growth, and success
- Students will avoid the crowds by moving in one day before residence halls officially open (Thursday)
- There are welcome activities exclusively for LLC students
- Each LLC floor has a Resident Assistant and a Residential Programming Assistant.
- LLC students reapply for housing early
- Students in LLC's receive rewards for participation and campus involvement
