| Level 3 | 75.00 | most brochures (1-, 2- and 3-color), newsletters, posters |
| Level 4 | 100.00 | complicated brochures (mostly 4-color) |
| Level 5 | 250.00 | editing and design-intensive projects |
These charges include creating concepts, writing/editing copy, designing, art directing photography, and producing camera-ready art for printing
Other Charges
Computer Entry
$9.00 charged per hour when entering copy for publications; no charge if copy is provided digitally
Proofing Costs
$.05 per page of Black and White proofs $2.00-$10.50 per page of Color Ink Jet proofs
Rush Charge
charged when job is required in a very short turnaround (usually 1 or 2 weeks), 50% of job level charge unless it does not impact workload
