The eligibility check for both tenure and promotion is being handled differently. Deans are maintaining the records which are needed in order to notify the Provost Office of those who will be applying for tenure and/or promotion. Faculty will use the application form provided in this section as a cover page for the portfolio to be submitted to the departmental personnel committee on or before October 10, 2008 pursuant to departmental guidelines and procedures. Faculty will not receive a form from our office indicating eligibility for tenure and/or promotion.
