I recently have published papers in Nature Communications, Global Change Biology and Methods in Ecology and Evolution.

Previous Experience

I finished my Ph.D. at University of Kansas, and was a postdoc at University of Georgia and then the University of California Berkeley before coming to Missouri State.

  • I enjoy running, and playing basketball, as well as reading science fiction.
  • I like to go camping and traveling to National Parks

Future Goals and Aspirations

I am looking forward to working with the MSU students and developing a research program that provides undergraduates an opportunity to do science, and achieve tenure.

Life Outside the University

I enjoy watching sports, and hanging out with my wife.
