The Administrative Business System (also known as Phoenix) supports most administrative computer applications, including STDT, STAR, and UBUY. Access to these applications requires that you have a "Phoenix User ID" (a 4 or 5 character ID code and a password).

Everyone who uses the UBUY System needs to have their own Phoenix User ID. If you are currently sharing a Phoenix User ID with one or more members of your department, you will need to call the Computer Services Help Desk (extension 65891) and ask to receive a Phoenix User ID of your own.

If you do not have access to the Administrative Business System, contact the Computer Services Help Desk (extension 65891) and ask for a Phoenix User ID.
