A renewal card will be automatically issued before the card expiration date. Cardholders will be notified by the Office of Procurement Services when the new cards are available for pick up. If approved by the Procurement Card Coordinator, Department Procurement Card Coordinators can pick up re-issued cards on behalf of cardholders within their department. Department Procurement Card Coordinators need to bring in all the old cards within their department when picking up the new ones.
