Policy 14 – Compliance with Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

The University is subject to the requirements and standards for minimum wages, maximum hours, overtime pay, and equal pay as set forth in the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Failure to comply with the Wage-Hour Policy can subject the University to possible legal consequences and monetary liability.
