For all assignments a Photo Assignment Form must be filled out and submitted

 

SCHEDULING ASSIGNMENTS:

 With limited staff, and great demand for services, it is essential that advanced planning occur.  Please schedule assignments with at least 10 working days notice.  Assignments with less than 10 working days must be granted an exception by the director. Assignments with less than five days notice will be considered “RUSH” assignments.  Rush assignments are subject to not being scheduled if they interfere with other scheduled assignments, or work loads.  Rush assignments also create more expenses and those expenses are passed on to the client.    A properly completed and submitted  Photo Assignment Form  must accompany all requests for service. Requests without Photo Assignment Forms will be delayed.
