Directions – On-Line Quiz #9 - PostTests
This assignment is not actually a quiz. It is a repeat of your first on-line assignment, the Pre-Test. As indicated previously, the post-test was designed by the HPER Department to determine if you’re your attitude and behaviors relative to fitness have been modified by this course. The same two questionnaires minus the demographic survey that you completed in the Pre-test are involved: one 14 item attitude questionnaire and one 17 item behavior questionaaire. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT (10POINTS) FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT, YOU MUST COMPLETE BOTH SECTIONS TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY! NO PARTIAL CREDIT WILL BE AWARDED. The grade for the questionnaires is ONLY for our records and are NOT indicative of your true grade for the assignment. A knowledge Post-Test will be administered in your lecture.
(1) To complete this process, click on your Laboratory Instructor’s icon. This will link you to the InQsit quiz page. Click on the Radio Button,
PostTestB. Complete the 14 item survey and submit your results.
(3) When you complete PostTestB, repeat the process again for PostTestC. Complete the 17 item survey and submit your results.
To receive any credit for this assignment, you must complete all sections of the PostTests.This assignment will be available from 12:00am Thursday, April 26th to 11:59pm Thursday, May 10th.
You can only access the assignment one time; you will have 15 minutes to complete PostTest B, and 15 minutes to complete PostTest C. REPEAT: YOU WILL AGAIN RECEIVE FULL CREDIT (10 POINTS) ON COMPLETION OF THE ASSIGNMENT AND SUBMISSION OF THE RESULTS.
