Careers and Outcomes

Preparing you for the highest level of nursing

The DNP program graduates nursing leaders who have the knowledge and skills to address the health disparities of vulnerable and rural populations. We prepare you to function in a variety of community and acute care health settings as primary care providers, leaders, managers, and consultants.

Our graduates take roles in administration, policy, population health, teaching, and family practice.

BSN to DNP students will be prepared and eligible to take the national certification examination to become certified as a family nurse practitioner.
