Purpose
The clinic provides school-based health care in cooperation with the Caring Communities Foundation. Care is provided by a nurse practitioner to the following eligible children:
- Children with Medicaid and their siblings with Medicaid
- Children without Medicaid or other health insurance that attend a Caring Communities School and their siblings.
