Among the services provided are:Immunizations, blood pressure screening, blood sugar testing, hemoglobin testing, pregnancy testing/counseling/referral, family planning clinic, diabetic foot/nail care, mental health medication management, influenza clinics, head checks - lice, DNA blood draws/check swabs, Arthritis Foundation aquatic program, People with Arthritis Can Exercise - PACE, BCCCP (screening/diagnostic testing for breast/cervical cancer), communicable disease investigation/case management, tuberculosis testing/medication/case management, MCH - issues related to smoking/pregnancy & EPSDT child exams, sexually transmitted disease testing/medication/referral, school screenings - vision/hearing/height/weight/dental/scoliosis, special activities as directed by physician, communicable disease outbreak management
