About

Ten years of grass roots community effort by Advocates for a Healthy Community, Inc., led to establish the Jordan Valley Community Health Center (JVCHC) in 2002. Community leaders continue to identify barriers to primary care. Community Partnerships have been vital to the assessment and planning processes necessary to identify gaps in the current health care delivery system, and form the framework of service delivery.
