Philosophy
The Board of Education of Harrison School District No. 1 believes that each individual student should be accepted into the educational program as he is, and that he shall be provided with a stimulating environment and opportunities for learning experiences designed to promote continuing satisfactory adjustments to life.
In the practical application of this philosophy, opportunities shall be provided each individual within the limits of his capacity to:
