Mission

To utilize a community service in which to observe and care for the elderly or disabled client.

Other Services Provided
Non-emergency medical transportation is also available through Daybreak for disabled persons 17 years of age and younger with a guardian, all persons disabled ages 18-59, and all persons 60 years of age and older in which are unable to use existing transportation due to physical limitations. The center has recently started a new program called the latch key program. The latch key program services school-age clients in which visit after school dismisses in the afternoons until the center closes for the evening.
Population Served
All elderly and disabled persons in need of an alternative to institutionalization for the day can apply for enrollment. All persons' admission and continuance in Daybreak Adult Day Care center is subject to approval of administrative staff, participant, and family.
