Description
Convoy of Hope is nonprofit organization that partners with local churches and other compassion organizations by providing resources and training to assist them in meeting physical and spiritual needs for the purpose of making their communities a better place. Through Convoy of Hope's community outreaches, disaster response, and supply lines, hundreds of thousands of families in the United States and around the world have received tangible help and a compassionate touch of hope.
Services Provided

Community Outreaches: Dozens of churches and civic groups come together to provide free groceries, health screenings, job fairs, haircuts, and much more. Thousands of volunteers, churches, and agencies are mobilized to make a difference in their communities.

Disaster Response: In time of crisis, Convoy of Hope responds to the physical and spiritual needs of hurting people. Food, water, shelter, and medicine are provided. Also, congregations, pastors, and missionaries receive training so they can provide ongoing care.

Supply Line: The Convoy of Hope worldwide distribution network is designed to support local congregations, ministries, and missionaries in their ongoing effort to help impoverished families. A fleet of trucks and mass warehousing allow Convoy of Hope to support groups on the front lines with needed supplies.
Achievements
Virtually every major city in America has hosted a citywide Convoy of Hope outreach. In recent years, Convoy of Hope has responded to numerous major disasters and crises around the world. The organization's achievements include the following:
