Population Served

Provides home health, hospice and homemaker services for those with private insurance, private pay, Medicare or Medicaid. Services are provided for those residing in Benton, Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Northern Greene, Hickory, Polk, and St. Clair counties in Southwest Missouri. Services are provided by physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, professional nurses, home health aides and social workers.
