Mission

Our mission is to develop and provide home and community health services that address individual needs, improve a person's quality of life and ultimately make for a healthier community.

• To provide relief support for the family who must give care to the patient with a long-term illness.

 

Services Provided

Access provides services that include professional nursing visits, home health aides, rehabilitation services (physical and speech), occupational therapy, medial social worker, and psychiatric nursing. Access in-home service provides personal care aides, homemaker chore, advance personal care, respite/sitter care and nursing visits.

 

Population Served

Access serves Springfield and a 50 mile radius including Christian, Dade, Greene, Lawrence, Polk, Stone, Taney and Webster counties.
