15-Hour Core Requirement:

Every student must complete

GBL      250 (Introduction to Global Studies and Globalization) (new course to be offered in spring   2008)

and four out of the following  courses (offered every semester):

ANT     100 (World Cultures)
SOC     150 (Introduction to Society)
GRY     100 (World Regional Geography)
PLS      232 (Introduction to International Relations)
ECO     155 (Principles of Macroeconomics)
REL      210 (Paths of World Religions)
HIST     200 (The 20^th World: An International History)

Courses not counted for the core requirement may count towards the focus areas.
