After taking the class of placement and meeting the grade requirement:

1. You need to make application to the Office Secretary of the Department of Modern & Classical Languages.  Contact Information
2. The Office Secretary will then verify your eligibility for credit.
3. If you are an eligible candidate for credit-by-examination, she will complete an application form that must be signed by the Department Head, and send it to the Office of Records.
4. Credit will then be applied to your college transcript by the Office of Records.
5. You will need to allow a reasonable amount of time to complete this process
