The  online certificate registration system has been updated and is working.  If you were unsuccessful in certifying your completion of the compliance courses and unable to print a certificate previously, please visit http://www.missouristate.edu/human/training/default.htm  and select the  "Duplicate Certificate" link  on the left hand side under Self Help to see if you are able to retrieve a copy of your certificate.  If  not,  then your information was not retained after the failed attempt and you will need to access the  the compliance courses and complete the training again to document your completion and print a certificate.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you in completing your requirements.  If you have questions or need additional assistance, please contact HR Employee Development and Performance at hrtraining@missouristate.edu or at X65779/64592.
