•  "The Disney Keys to Excellence"
  Presented by the Disney Institute.  Missouri State University Faculty and Staff have two exciting opportunities to participate in the Disney experience!

• Prepare Training: Respect, Service, and Safety at Work
  The focus of the program is to provide faculty and staff with practical approaches to workplace safety issues, information on University resources available for assistance in resolving situations, and an overview of the University's Emergency Response Plan.

• Addressing Conflict Workshop Series - Center for Dispute Resolution
  Four workshops are being offered in support of the University's Emergency Response and Safety Plan.

• Phone Etiquette and Techniques
  Learn basic phone skills that play a critical role in the success of your department.

• Rstats
  Research, Statistical Training, Analysis, and Technical Support. Research RStats faculty associates share their experience in research design and statistical analysis in a variety of ways with the goal of facilitating and advancing the scholarly work of Missouri State University researchers. Explore what the RStats Institute offers you!

• Banner Training
  Banner is the comprehensive Enterprise Resourse Plan (ERP) software suite being emplimented across Missouri State University campus.

 Information on the professional and personal development courses for faculty and staff are available at this site. Courses are available in Computer Skills, Professional Development, Safety, and in Life Skills. Please check periodically for updates on new course offerings and dates. Registration for courses can be completed online by selecting the name of the course you are interested in taking to access the online registration page. The registration page will also have more detailed information about the course description, date, time, and location of the individual session. If a section is closed due to full enrollment or you have questions call 836-4592/5779 or email hrtraining@missouristate.edu for assistance or to be added to a waiting list. Click on topic area of your choice to access the complete listing of the courses offered and to register online.

New dates and offerings are advertised through E-ssential News. Please visit the following department sites for other development opportunities available to Missouri State Faculty and Staff at either no-cost or with use of your Noncredit Course Fee Fringe Benefit; for more detailed information on courses and their cost, please contact individual University units or visit their websites.

You can view your current registrations at the "My Courses" page and reprint duplicate certificates for courses completed.
