The Center for Dispute Resolution in collaboration with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program at Washington University School of Law, is conducting Civil and Family Mediation Training. Human Resources Training and Development is cosponsoring this course for faculty and staff who would like to utilize their Noncredit Course Fee Waiver benefit of $150 for this program.

The cost for the 3 day Civil Mediation Training is $450 (Course CDR100) and the cost for the 5 day Civil and Family Mediation Training is $850 (Course CDR200). The training addresses a variety of effective communication topics such as conflict dynamics, the mediation process, listening skills, diversity and conflict, ethics, negotiation theory, family dynamics, and mediation techniques. You will learn valuable conflict resolution skills that you can apply in your current professional role as well as in your personal life. If you would like to apply your available monies from your Noncredit Course Fee Waiver Benefit to the cost of this program, please register online at The Center for Dispute Resolution and submit your completed Noncredit Course Fee Waiver Form to Human Resources and a copy to the CDR when you register for the course.
