PeopleAdmin Online Applicant Tracking System Progress and Accomplishments:

- Established Core Team Members and set up a reoccurring weekly meeting for the group.
- Conducted the initial meeting with PeopleAdmin and the Core Implementation Team.
- Started the process of outlining and documenting our hiring process to provide documentation to PeopleAdmin for the development of the system.

- Core team completed five webex meetings with the PeopleAdmin Project Manager. These meetings were to define the workflow process for the electronic position authorization form and the applicant process.
- This applicant system will be utilized for full-time faculty and staff positions, student positions, part-time staff and per course faculty positions.

- Core team is continuing to work with the Project Manager to develop the Applicant Tracking System.
- The Project Manager will be on campus August 20th, to work with the core team and Human Resources for a one day train-the-trainer session.
- Testing of the system will be during August and September and various departments and offices will be invited to test the system. The Human Resources staff will be conducting these sessions prior to implementation during the fall semester.
Alchemy Systems Online Learning Management System Progress and Accomplishments:

- Established Core Team Members and set up a reoccurring weekly meeting for the group.
- Conducted our Kick Off Meeting w/ the Core Team Members and Alchemy Systems Team for everyone to meet and outline the implementation process.
- Started the process of completing the first set of the two workbooks, Functionality and Personalization for setting up the system. There are a total of six workbooks to complete for the system.
- Alchemy Systems set up a Test site for our project so that we can interact with the system as we set up Missouri State University's Learning Management System (LMS) site.

- Completed two of our six implementation workbooks for defining the functionalities and building our online Learning Management System site.
- The Core Implementation Team participated in the first of three instructional WebEx for developing the system and learning the functionalities.
- Finalized logo and site for the site with support from the Office of Web and New Media and University Publications. The site name is: “ Missouri State University - My Learning Connection”

- Test site is set up with our logo and graphic for “Missouri State University - My Learning Connection” incorporating the new look of Missouri State University’s website.
- Met with our other University Educational units who use our online Learning Management System for their online courses and registrations. Provided the group a demo of the test site and solicited input from them on the functionality options for the system.
- Core Implementation Team and our University Educational Units were provided online accounts to access the test site.
- The Core Implementation Team participated in the final two WebEx with our University Educational units attending the last session.
- Completed four of the six implementation workbooks for defining the functionalities and building our online Learning Management System site.
- Financial Services, Computer Services, and the Office of Human Resources started the coordination process with Alchemy Systems for the external E-commerce function to support online payment for courses and conferences.

- Finalized and forwarded all six workbooks for defining properties of the system to support the Administrative and End User Processes.
- Started the process to automate the Noncredit Fee Waiver Process from a paper process to provide a higher level of support to both our employees and University Units receiving payment through this process for training.

- LMS staging site is in development with an estimated completion date of October 8th for access.
- Started the coordination with the Office of Institutional Compliance and Equity for providing support to the implementation of their new compliance training that will delivered through the new LMS system.
- Continue to work on back-end processes for the system to include Single Sign On, Guest Users, Noncredit Fee Waiver Process, and deferred payment.
- Successful set-up and connection to CASHNet for the system's E-commerce function that will support and streamline payment through our financial systems for training.
