||Review of job descriptions and approval by the Cost Center administrator. Revised job descriptions were approved by the Cost Center administrator and sent to Human Resources by February 28, 2007.
||Appointment of a single Job Evaluation committee.
|04/02/07 - 04/20/07
||Job Family 3 Job Evaluation committee meets to evaluate all Job Family 3 jobs using compensable factors to assign points to each job. The committee met Monday April 2, 2007 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and Wednesdays and Fridays (April 4, 11, 13, 18, and 20) from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

||The Compensation Team develops new pay grades and ranges for all Job Family 1 jobs. Benchmark jobs were priced with salary survey data from multiple sources and a pay line is developed by associating job evaluation points with a dollar value for benchmark jobs.
||Admin Council reviewed and approved the pay grade and range assignments.
