FlorenceHospitality and Restaurant Administration majors choose at least one of the following options: Lodging, Food and Beverage, Senior Living, Club Management, Tourism, and General Operations. Most students complete their academic requirements in four years, but some complete their degree in as few as three years with careful planning.

 A check sheet which lists all of the option requirements is helpful to students as they plan their courses. The below list of prerequisites can assist student in developing their academic plan. Also included below are transfer equivalency guides for students from OTC, West Plains, and St. Louis Community Colleges.
