On July 28 those present reviewed all committee assignments.  Some questions were added and some were deleted.  I have updated all committee charges and the chart.  That is way too much to pass on via email so there is a zip disk in Bill’s office labeled HLC.  (As I added and deleted charges I had to revise our excel matrix.  I think that there may be a few more additions or subtractions after you meet next week so I’ll let Jeanne Stephens know that the final draft won’t get to her until August 11.)  We truly got an enormous amount of work accomplished.

Next Meeting Assignment

There are 14 committee assignments that have yellow post-it notes attached.  Within that there are questions that I couldn’t answer on my own.  Faculty Senate and Staff Senate are flagged because some wondered whether they should be asked the same questions.

I can take care of revisions when I return but I wanted you to have a copy on a zip disk of everything that I had on my hard drive.
