Residence hall charges are included in the Deferred Payment Plan, as follows. Residence hall charges are due August 15 for the fall semester and January 15 for the spring semester. A $100.00 deposit must be returned with the Student Housing Contract. This deposit will be refunded upon completion of the contract if no additional charges are incurred. The residence hall charges must be paid in full by the due date or a Finance Charge will be assessed by applying a monthly periodic rate of 1% to the remaining balance. If the residence hall charges are not paid in full by the due date, the remaining balance is due on the 15th day of the following month with the option of paying a minimum payment, which is calculated in a similar manner as the minimum payment for required student fees.
