BS Three-Year Degree Plan: Finance

The three-year degree plan was created to demonstrate that it is possible for you to graduate in six regular and three summer semesters. However, a three-year degree plan is not best suited for every student. It assumes:

  • No remedial course work is required.
  • The student does not fail any classes.
  • The student does not change either the major or minor.
  • The student is willing to take classes each summer.

Also, a three-year degree plan does not take into account dual credit or transfer credit that you may bring with you upon admission to the University. Please remember that course availability and prerequisites are subject to change. Check out the course rotations before scheduling your classes and consult with your advisor when scheduling your classes.

This is a model three-year degree plan. Your path to graduation may vary slightly based on factors such as college credit you earned while in high school, your choice of general education electives, and placement in English and Mathematics.

This degree program can be completed in three years, including three summer semesters.

The following degree plan is based on the general education program instituted in fall 2014. For the previous general education requirements, please access these Student Transition Resources.
