Faculty and staff discussed the book entitled, Disability: The Social, Political, and Ethical Debate 
As we had discussions about disability issues the facilitators and some participants found supplemental information to create this website. As our University moves toward a model of Inclusive Excellence we must embrace disability as a part of diversity and value it as an integral part of life. The materials below were gathered in hopes that faculty/staff might use them in the development of their courses/programs so that we can enhance our cultural competency around disability. We are in hopes these materials will help stimulate discussions about disability issues, how it impacts us personally, and how it intersects within our fields of study.
