Our mission is to promote enhanced teaching effectiveness, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, and improved student learning by providing opportunities and support for the instructional community at Missouri State University.

 

In the FCTL, we will focus on two main areas of faculty training, growth, and development:  Scholarly Teaching and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL).
