The Production Studio includes a teleprompter and capabilities for multi camera production. For post-production editing, our dedicated workstations have the latest digital video editing software, utilizing both AVIDFinal Cut Pro Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite applications, in addition to stock video, stills, sound effects, foley, and production music.

Faculty Workstations for Course Development

Faculty can reserve the use of our Faculty Workstations, for self-directed and/or assisted by our production staff and Instructional Designers. PowerPoint presentations can be narrated real-time. Also, Flash presentations can be created from those PowerPoint presentations. The final products can be burned to CD, DVD or uploaded to any server for use on Blackboard.

Faculty are encouraged to explore and learn the use of various creative applications,  the system, and reserve it as often as they'd like.

Production Staff

The DMPC staff are experienced producers of digital content for classroom and broadcast application use. We remain current on the latest software, equipment, production techniques and developing digital technologies and can also advise faculty on best practices, provide tips for scripting, and make recommendations for those having issues with copyright.
