Sustainability in the Curriculum
This project funded a workshop for 15 faculty to discuss the development of a sustainability minor at Missouri State University, the adoption of a sustainability in the curriculum definition, and the incorporation of sustainability in General Education curriculum. (Alexander Wait and Lora Vess)
Economic Thought and History in Britain
This course was designed to provide students with greater insight into cultural heritage that has helped shape much of the modern world. A study-away travel component of the course promoted students’ cross-cultural understanding as explored in England and Scotland. (Terrel Gallaway)
