The following cleaning standards should be expected for the Academic Campus.  Areas are listed in order of cleaning priority.

Restrooms

Daily:

1. Clean mirrors
2. Clean sinks
3. Empty trash containers and replace liners
4. Clean toilets and urinals
5. Stock paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap
6. Sweep and mop floors
7. Spot clean walls

Monthly:

1. Thoroughly clean restrooms
2. Clean window ledges (interior)

Semi-annually:

1.  Damp wipe vents
2.  Scrub walls
3.  Scrub floors

Public Areas

(Hallways, Stairways, Elevators, and Entrances)

Daily:

1. Empty trash containers and replace liners
2. Spot dust mop or vacuum
3. Spot wet mop hard-surface floors
4. Sweep outside of entrances
5. Vacuum entrance mats
6. Clean drinking fountains
7. Spot clean elevators

Weekly:

1. Sweep and spot clean stairs
2. Clean the exterior of trash containers
3. Spot clean walls

Classrooms

Daily:

1. Empty trash containers and replace liners
2. Pick up trash around chairs
3. Arrange tablet arm chairs
4. Clean white boards and trays
5. Spot clean floors

Monthly:

1. Thoroughly clean floors
2. Spot clean walls

Offices

Weekly:

1. Empty trash containers and replace liners
2. Spot clean floors

Monthly:

1. Thoroughly sweep and mop or vacuum floors
