Search Committee Chairs and Hiring Administrators are required to attend this session prior to the initiation of the search process.  This session is designed to assist search committees and hiring units with conducting legal and effective searches.  We will discuss University search guidelines, legal components of a search, and recruitment techniques that will attract a diverse applicant pool.   Search committee members and hiring unit support staff are encouraged to attend.
