This scholarship is funded by friends and former students of Robert Hardie, professor of economics at Missouri State until his retirement in 1978. Professor Hardie grew up in Nebraska and attended graduate school at Cambridge University in England.
• Amount of Scholarship: $800 (spring semester).
• Eligibility:
Economics major.
Full-time students enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.
Either a GPA of at least 3.00 or a GPA of at least 3.00 in economics courses.
• Applications must be submitted to the Economics Department secretary (Strong 351) no later than Wednesday, March 4, 2009.
