Schedule Multiple Exams by Course (with DRC)

For students registered with the Disability Resource Center and approved for out-of-class testing accommodations, please provide the following information to schedule all of your exams for the semester for a particular course. Students should fill out one form per course. To schedule a single exam, instead use the Schedule a Single Exam form.

If you need to reschedule an exam or edit exam information you previously provided, please contact us.

For students registered with the Learning Diagnostic Clinic, please instead use LDC's Schedule a Test form. The LDC is located downtown, in Meyer Alumni Center 502, and works with students who have psychological, cognitive, neurological, or learning disabilities.

Note: As of June 1, 2013,  all out-of-class testing through the DRC will be conducted at the Access Technology Center, located in Meyer Library, Rooms 201B-201G.
