Our Web site is dedicated to providing you with valuable information about our Dining Program. We offer flexible hours, varied menus, and pleasant surroundings. We offer four distinct and unique experiences... from a sit-down meal at the Union Club, to a variety of cuisines, platforms, and Ala-Carte items in the Dining Centers, Cafe a la Cart and at Grill 155, then on to After Hours Dining, early breakfast, lunch or late night munchies stop at Boomer's, and finally wrapping it up with catering an event or function for friends, peers, and staff. Feel free to offer your comments and suggestions to any of our staff and management. You will find that our Managers are a group of dedicated professionals with an array of training in Food Service Management and the Culinary Arts.
